75 Body Repair Scheme
Step 1. Clean out.
The first step is to clean out as much of the rubber ligament material as you can
from the upper and lower arm pieces, the chest piece and the neck piece.
Clean the rubber ligament
material out of the left and
right upper arm pieces.
Top and Bottom.
Clean rubber ligament
material out from around the
rivet in the elbow of the lower
arm piece.
Often there is a rubber ligament
piece still around the pin inside
the neck area of the chest piece.
There isn't one in this photo.
This is the most difficult piece to clean
out. About all I have found to do is to
chip it away in pieces little enough to
fall out the hole. Be patient and take
your time. It is not necessary to
remove the 1/2" rubber ball shaped
ligament in the bicepts area. You can
snake around it.
This was an easy one. The pieces
cracked a part and easily rolled right out
of the elbow slit.
