Make a Double Eye Needle
Double Eye Needle Snaking Tool. It is about 12 inches long.
This is what these needles will look like after they have repaired dozens of 75 Bodies.
The wire you choose should be soft, but a little bit on the
stiff side. If it is too soft it won't allow you to turn the tip of
the needle inside the pieces and you need to be able to
do this to snake around all of the obstacles. I use .032

I will be using 18 ga Brass Wire in this
demonstration because it is easier to
see. For the actual tool use as thin a wire
as you can find. The thinner the wire is
the easier it will snake around through the

Start with a 24 inch length of wire and bend it in half.
Crimp the end with pliers.
Hold with a pair of pliers about an inch and
a half from the end. Keep pressure on the
pliers so the wires can't slide through the
pliers.

Spread out the open side.
Use you thumb and finger and
start twisting the wire again and
again until the twisted area is
about an inch and a half long.
